Khan Mohummad Kaisar

Khan Mohummad Kaisar is leading the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh as Vice Chairman of Computer Engineering Division (CoED). He is the Co-Founder of e-CAB. Earlier Mr. Khan has joined the Civil Service and he is the first BCS Cadre officer among the Alumnus of UAP. He is now serving in the Department Of Telecommunications (DOT). He is expert in Alcatel, Ericsson, Netas and Huawei Technology. He has been enriched by a professional course from the ZTE University, China. He received a token of appreciation from the govt. of Thailand for his contribution in the Asia Pacific PKI Forum, Bangkok. For his worship in the field of ICTD, he was placed in the A2i Programme, Prime Minister’s Office and then in the MOICT. He worked as DPD of a project of CCA, MOICT. He has a vast experience to work with the national committee for ICT Policy, Cyber Security Policy and e- Commerce Policy of the country and NGN based NTN project. Mr. Khan achieved a rare chance to contribute on 11 action lines of UN WSIS, Geneva, Switzerland and delivered a remarkable utterance on ICTD in the UN WSIS Forum Summit as a govt. delegate of Bangladesh.
