Md Abdul Wahed Tomal

Md Abdul Wahed Tomal, General Secretary of the e-commerce association of Bangladesh (e-CAB), and the Founder Chairman and CEO of ComJagat Technologies Limited. Has been serving in the area of Information and Communication Technology for Development, since 2001. Experienced in developing more than 100+ large scales IT projects and served several hundreds of clients in Bangladesh and abroad through different services. The successful organizer of more than 1000 events (fairs, workshops, seminars, etc.) within Bangladesh and abroad. Tomal has contributed to National Policy Making, especially in Fintech and e-Commerce sector. As an e-commerce industry leader, he has been strongly contributing to ICT development, especially in e-Commerce, e-Learning, software development, innovation, women empowerment, and climate issues. He has been involved with several e-Government Initiatives as a national solution provider and consultant for the Prime Minister’s Office, UNDP, ADB, Ministry of Science and ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, universities, international organizations, and government ministries.
