Verbex.ai is looking for two highly motivated Interns to join their growing team ! If you love working with LLMs, breaking systems to make them better, and optimizing AI performance — this is for you.
Salary: Up to 15,000 BDT/month
Position: Full-time Internship

What You’ll Do • Scenario Testing: Run rigorous stress tests on AI agents using real client use cases
• Call Auditing: Review AI-to-human call recordings for sentiment, goal completion, and compliance
• Prompt Optimization: Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality and reduce hallucinations
• Feedback Loop: Work with engineers to convert failures into better system prompts
• Performance Reporting: Track metrics and document insights for client business reviews

What They are Looking For
• Strong understanding of prompting (constraints, few-shot, personas)
• Analytical mindset — evaluate conversations objectively
• Curious problem-solver who enjoys breaking systems
• Strong written communication skills
