Ayesha Siddika is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at the Daffodil International University from 10th September, 2025. Previously she was at World University of Bangladesh from January 2014 to August 2025. From 2016 to 2021, she served as a guest faculty at Bangladesh Open University and also acted as the head coach for mobile game and app development at the ICT Division in Bangladesh. She has worked on a UNDP project in collaboration with a2i and has published 20 research papers in various international journals and conferences. With over 12 years of teaching experience, she holds several professional certifications, including one in blockchain from the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) under the ICT Division's LICT project, as part of the Fast Track Future Leader (FTFL) program at the University of Dhaka in 2019. In 2019, KJS Co. Ltd., a Japanese e-learning company, organized an e-learning event overseen by JICA Bangladesh. Additionally, EduServices Limited and PMaspire Limited jointly organized a diploma course in Agile Planning Poker Estimation Techniques in 2017.
