About
Nuzhat Tabassum Progga is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Asia Pacific (UAP), where she also previously served as a Teaching Assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Science in CSE from UAP, achieving multiple academic distinctions including two Dean’s Awards and five Vice Chancellor’s Awards, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Computer Science at Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka. Her research interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision, and she has contributed to several publications in these domains. She has also demonstrated excellence beyond academics, securing the 2nd Runner-up position in the Grace Hopper Girls Programming Contest at UAP. In addition to her academic and research pursuits, Nuzhat has played active leadership roles as the Co-Convenor of the CSE Sports Club and a member of the Programming Contest Club (PCC), fostering teamwork, technical engagement, and event organization. Driven by curiosity and innovation, she aims to contribute meaningfully to computing research and the development of intelligent systems that address real-world challenges.
