Tanmoy Mazumder is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Northern University Bangladesh, driven by a commitment to advancing impactful research and fostering meaningful learning through technology. His work centers on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and AI for Education, with a particular focus on making AI accessible for educational development through NLP. He completed his B.Sc. in CSE from the University of Asia Pacific (UAP), where he earned multiple Vice Chancellor’s Awards and Dean’s Awards in recognition of his academic excellence. He has published in prominent venues, including Elsevier’s Q1 journal Results in Engineering and IEEE-indexed conferences, contributing to the growing landscape of AI research in Bangladesh. Tanmoy has also collaborated internationally through roles with USA based organizations HerWILL and Kounsel. At UAP, he served as President of the Research and Publication Unit and as a DL, OOP, and NLP Instructor, mentoring students in research and innovation. He aims to pursue advanced research at the graduate and post-graduate level aiming to contribute impactful AI innovations for education and society.
