Ms. Bidita Sarkar Diba is a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), University of Asia Pacific (UAP). She graduated in 2024 with distinction, securing First Class, First position among all graduates with an exceptional CGPA and was honored with the prestigious Chancellor Gold Medal of Fall 2023. Her consistent academic excellence was recognized throughout her undergraduate journey, as she received the Vice Chancellor’s Honor Award in every semester. Her research interests include machine learning, deep learning, generative AI and privacy-preserving AI, with a particular focus on federated learning. She has published multiple Q1 journal articles with globally reputed publishers such as IEEE and Elsevier, reflecting her strong commitment to impactful research and knowledge creation. Beyond her academic and research achievements, she has showcased remarkable versatility by winning awards in programming contests, hackathons and art competitions. She believes in blending creativity with technical innovation to inspire and guide the next generation of computer scientists.
