Baivab Das is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka. He brings a strong blend of academic and industry experience and has authored multiple research publications. His current work focuses on AI, NLP, and IoT-based intelligent systems with real-world applications.
He previously worked as a System Engineer at Dmoney Bangladesh Limited. He holds an M.Tech from NIT Tiruchirappalli and a B.Tech from JNTU Anantapur under the ICCR scholarship. Baivab has guided multiple undergraduate thesis and final-year design project teams and is currently associated with several ongoing research projects. He is actively interested in collaborative research opportunities and interdisciplinary innovation.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, he serves as the Convenor of the Department of CSE’s Hardware and Software Club (SnH) and as the Adviser of the UAP Film Club, DSW.
